Height of Focal Plane: 38

Characteristic and Range: 1883: Fixed white; 1894: Two seconds white alternating with one second darkness. Present: ISO red 2 seconds.

Description of Tower: Skeleton tower.

1880: White tower with red lantern, on pier. Rebuilt in 1906 and 1912.

Date Established: 1880

Optics: 1880: Fifth order Fresnel lens.

Fog Signal: Originally fog bell with striking machinery, one blow every 15 seconds.

Current Use: Active aid to navigation.

Open To Public? No.
