At Wood Island, instead of going through the toll booth for the ferry to Caribou, NS, turn onto the bypass road which will take you to Wood Islands Provincial Park. The lighthouse is at the end of the road. Guided tours of the lighthouse are available in summer. A gift shop is located on the main floor and sells locally-made crafts.
