From Route 1 take ME 3 to the entrance to Acadia National Park. Follow the 20 mile Loop Road through the park. Egg Rock Light can be seen offshore from three vantage points: The Champlain Mountain Overlook, The Precipice, and the Scenic Overlook. The lighthouse can also be seen from a number of sightseeing cruises and whale watches leaving Bar Harbor.
