Nova Scotia’s Battery Point Breakwater Lighthouse is in rough shape and efforts must be started now to save it before it’s too late. At least that’s what Bill Towndrow, the Harbour Master for the historic Canadian town of Lunenburg, says. In fact, if efforts are not made to restore it and maintain it, it may soon be lost forever.
