Tribute to Lighthouse Digest

By Richard Clayton

Comments?

Morning and afternoon, it was a day mark

But, he lit the lamps seven nights a week

For sixty years, his light shone in the dark

And for sailors at sea, his light was unique.

He kept a good light, not looking for fame

Few knew him, though his work was seen

I read his life story and learned his name

Reading the Lighthouse Digest Magazine.
