Recently Lighthouse Depot Catalog, Lighthouse Depot Retail Store (The World’s Largest Lighthouse Gift Store) and Lighthouse Digest had a visit from United States Congressman Tom Allen.

The main reason for Congressman Allen’s visit was to discuss the new postage rate increases, which will have a major negative effect on catalog and magazine mailings. Lighthouse Depot made an appeal to the Congressman to use his influence in Congress to get postage rates under control. However, the congressman said he doubts there is little he can do as long as the Postal Service operates continues to operate in the red.
