Thanks to the United States Coast Guard some major lighthouse maintenance has been accomplished at Maine’s Lubec Channel Lighthouse.
The Coast Guard crew did an awesome job, working sunrise to sunset for four straight days. The Coast Guard crew received much public interest while out at the lighthouse. The locals were very happy that the Coast Guard was fixing up “their” lighthouse. All photographs courtesy of CWO Preston Logan.
