Kathy Fleming, Director of the St. Augustine Lighthouse, talked about how to develop a solid nonprofit organization and advised the attendees of a number of books that would help them. The entire conference was directed under Kathy’s planning and leadership and she strongly suggested that attendees seek out and spend time with members of the Junior Service League who were instrumental in saving the St. Augustine Lighthouse.
