Crisp Point Lighthouse, near Paradise, Michigan, received $25,000 to hire a contractor to remove old paint from the tower, replace roof flashing, repair mortar, and repaint the tower. Crisp Point Lighthouse was once listed as one of America’s most endangered lighthouses. The Crisp Point Light Historical Society has performed miracles at this remote location in saving the lighthouse and improving the site.
