The new and the old Cape Henry Lighthouses at Fort Story, Virginia. Completed in 1881, the new Cape Henry Lighthouse is the tallest of its type in the United States. The old Cape Henry Lighthouse, erected in 1791, was the first lighthouse ordered and financed by the First Congress of the United States of America.
