The Isle of Haut Lighthouse, located on Robinson Point in Maine, had only two U.S. Lighthouse Service keepers since its inception in 1907: Elmer F. Holbrook from 1907 to 1922, followed by Harry Smith until 1933. Automation took place by the next year. The “Keeper’s House Inn” is currently a vacation rental, however, it is also listed for sale at an asking price of $1,975,000. (Lighthouse Digest Archives)
