This close-up view of the assistant keeper’s house, taken on November 6, 1916, while it was on the barge, as it was being towed to Georgetown Lighthouse. There were a number of people onboard enjoying the ride. One man is sitting on the barge and several others are standing or sitting on the outward left porch facing. On the porch on the right side of the photo there is one man sitting on a chair with his feet up on the porch railing. Apparently, he was loving every minute of it.
