The Colchester Reef Lighthouse is shown here as it nears its reconstruction on the mainland. Close to completion, a crane lifts the lantern dome to the top of the lighthouse. The entire dismantling, moving, and reconstruction of the lighthouse, which took three years, was accomplished by five men: Forrest Emmons, Clifford Francis, Donald Francis, Wayne Spear, and Robert Francis.
