For expenses associated with procuring materials for the reconstructing of the post and railing configuration on the second and third deck levels. The lumber chosen for this project must meet stringent criteria, being both a hardwood capable of withstanding the demanding coastal environment and adaptable to receiving paint that complements the historical aesthetic.
