Description of Tower: Square white tower on corner of white square building.

Earlier Towers?
1852: White octagonal wooden tower, with dwelling attached, destroyed by erosion 1945. Replaced by a pole light, then a skeleton tower until 1980.

Date Established: 1886

Date Present Tower Built: 1980

Current Use: Active aid to navigation.

Open To Public? No.

Directions:
The lighthouse is at the end of Wharf Road, at the end of a breakwater in Parrsboro Harbour. The walk on the breakwater is strenuous.
