New York’s, “Little Red” Lighthouse located in Fort Washington Park beneath the George Washington Bridge in Manhattan, NY recently received a face-lift thanks to the New York Landmarks Conservancy. The work was done by PRESERV a full service exterior restoration firm specializing in landmark and historic properties. The company is no stranger to restoration projects having completed over 350 restoration projects and received numerous awards for their work. The lighthouse was made famous by the 1942 children’s book, The Little Red Lighthouse and the Great Gray Bridge.
