Bolivar Point Lighthouse keeper Harry C. Claiborne (1859-1918) is possibly shown here posing in front of the Treasury Department’s U.S. Light-House Establishment elaborate exhibit at the Cotton States and International Exposition of 1895 held in Atlanta, Georgia.
