Albert H. Johnson and Hazel M. Graves were married on July 14, 1917. Beside Tillamook Rock, Albert served at least 18 years at Oregon lights: Cape Meares, Heceta Head and Umpqua River, as well as Washington lights: Burrows Island, Cape Flattery, and Lime Kiln. He also spent at least eight years at the Tongue Point Depot in Astoria, Oregon. Hazel came out to Tilly to visit him in 1930 for a day.
