On November 19, 1938, LeRoy White married Helen Maxine Lowdermilk, who is shown here in a photo taken within the following year at Point Hueneme Lighthouse. Note the newly completed keeper dwellings to the right of the old lighthouse which was eventually razed in 1941. Helen and LeRoy were married for 52 years, but did not have children.
