Historic image of Point Lookout Lighthouse in Scotland, Maryland showing its original bell tower and the Buoy Repair Depot. William M. Yeatman, Sr. was the keeper here from 1871 until his death in 1908. In addition to his duties as the keeper of the lighthouse, he was also appointed as the custodian of the Buoy Repair Depot. His son, Percy, served here for a short time in 1908 as the keeper, and another son, William Jr., was the assistant keeper here from 1931 to 1939. (Lighthouse Digest archives)
