Prior to having been stationed at Maine’s Bear Island Lighthouse, Harry B. Dobbins had been stationed in Massachusetts at Great Point Lighthouse from 1924 to 1926, Cuttyhunk Lighthouse from 1926 to 1936, and Newburyport Plum Island Lighthouse from 1936 to 1944.
